The Upland II is a spacious, flexible house plan built around a main-floor primary suite and an open floor plan that adapts to the way your family actually lives. A study off the primary bedroom can open directly to the suite or remain a separate private space — your choice. With 16+ years of custom home design — including a decade in custom construction in Charleston, SC — Angela specializes in resilient coastal style homes engineered for flood and hurricane zones.
