With over 16 years of designing custom homes and construction plans, the goal of Intertwine House Plans is to offer homes you can love with designs to suit the wide variety of needs of those who dwell inside and out. Efficient and well-thought-out floor plans, ease of use and flow, and true attention to the way a home will be used are what set our house plans apart from others. Envisioning the way you move around the house: whether it be from room to room, hosting family or friends, cooking, cleaning, relaxing, or working- we love to think through the many ways our designs can be used. We believe a house can be built anywhere, but it's the heart and soul behind the design that make it a home.

About Angela

Angela is a professional spatial designer specializing in construction drafting and design. She has a true passion for design, functionality, and flow within a home. She has a degree in Construction Graphics Technology from Purdue University, with studies in interior architecture and spatial design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Angela worked for over 10 years in the custom construction business before her transition into unique stock plans. She began her career in the Charleston, South Carolina region, and her knowledge and focus on coastal style homes are reflected in many of her designs. Angela is well-versed in the requirements for working in flood and hurricane zones. Attention to her client's needs has established her reputation as a designer and drafter. 

House Plans

All house plans are designed to maximize functionality. Ranging from under 1000 square feet to over 4000 square feet, there is a layout and setup for all styles and stages of life. Plans can be modified for square footage additions or reductions, to fit lot sizes, or to satisfy ARB or HOA conditions.
