Intertwine House Plans offers floor plans with a wide range of size, style, and functionality. The goal of each design is to suit the specific needs of those who dwell inside and out. Efficient and well thought-out floor plans, realistic 3D design capabilities, and true attention to the needs of my clients are what sets me apart from other designers. I believe a house can be built anywhere but it's the heart and soul behind the design that make it a home.

All house plans are designed to maximize functionality. Ranging from under 1000 square feet to over 4000 square feet, there is a layout and setup for all styles and stages of life. Plans can be modified for square footage addition or reductions, to fit lot sizes, or to satisfy ARB or HOA conditions.
