1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing digital products (including architectural plans in PDF Format, CAD files, and media packages), or engaging our design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All rights, titles, and interests in the website and its contents are exclusively held by Intertwine House Plans, LLC.

2. Licensing & Intellectual Property

Ownership: All architectural plans in PDF, CAD files, renderings, and associated design materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Intertwine House Plans, LLC. Purchase of a product constitutes the purchase of a limited, non-exclusive license to use the design; it does not constitute a transfer of ownership of the intellectual property.

Single-Use License: All plan purchases are subject to a Single-Use License, permitting the construction of one (1) single residential structure at one (1) designated physical site address.

Prohibited Use: Reproduction, resale, distribution, or derivative use of these materials for multiple projects, subdivisions, or commercial development is strictly prohibited without express written authorization from Intertwine House Plans, LLC.

3. Disclaimer of Engineering & Compliance

Design Intent: Plans are provided as conceptual architectural designs. They do not constitute signed or stamped construction documents.

Professional Review: It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to have all plans reviewed by a local, licensed structural engineer and relevant local building authorities.

Code Compliance: Intertwine House Plans, LLC does not guarantee that these plans meet the specific building codes, zoning requirements, or environmental conditions of the purchaser's jurisdiction. All responsibility for site-specific modifications and legal compliance rests with the purchaser and their professional contractor.

4. Limitation of Liability

Intertwine House Plans, LLC shall not be held liable for any construction errors, structural failures, material cost overruns, or legal issues arising from the use or interpretation of these plans. Any liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the digital product.

5. Modification & Custom Packages

Custom services, including modifications, are subject to separate service agreements. Any media or marketing packages provided by Intertwine House Plans, LLC are subject to these terms and may not be redistributed.
