We absolutely love this build of The Magnolia Cottage! Angela designed this plan to maximize lot utility. The layout capitalizes on vertical volume through the vaulted shared living spaces. Efficient spatial planning for narrow footprints is one of Angela's specialties. She was just as thrilled as the family to see this dream come to life!

We are incredibly proud of how this execution of the Withrop Garage/ADU turned out. Angela designed this footprint to deliver the high-level versatility required for modern, multi-generational living. Whether serving as the initial build while a primary residence is under construction, or acting as an independent guest suite for extended family, this layout prioritizes functional flow without overcrowding the lot. This particular project was strategically paired on-site with "The Maple" house plan, showcasing how seamlessly the Withrop integrates into a larger, multi-structure property layout.

Little Maple
2500 Sq Ft | 3 Bed | 3.0 Bath | 2-Story
It is incredibly rewarding to receive finished photos of the Little Maple. One of our returning builder partners executed this project flawlessly in Tennessee. The second-story layout is a perfect showcase of Angela’s design philosophy, focusing on high-efficiency spatial flow. Seeing builders and homeowners appreciate how her floor plans maximize every square foot is a truly great feeling.
