The Winthrop 35 is a carriage house with Craftsman detailing and a porch of its own, reached by an exterior stair. Inside, the living, dining and kitchen share one open floor, the kitchen has a U of cabinets with plenty of counter, and the plan allows a few different room arrangements to suit the way it will be used.
A walk-in closet doubles as the laundry room, which keeps the apartment complete without giving up living space. Below, a deep two-car garage of 918 square feet holds the cars and the storage. At 980 square feet it is one of the most complete apartments in our garage plans.
