The Perry is the biggest of our garage apartments: 1,085 square feet of living over an 896 square foot, extra-deep two-car garage, with room below for the cars and a workshop or a boat.
Upstairs, the living and kitchen share one open room, and the bedrooms can be arranged a few ways, with a second bath drawn as an option. That makes it an office, a guest apartment or a rental with two real bedrooms, depending on who moves in. A covered entry gives the apartment a front door of its own, away from the garage.
An extra-deep garage: 896 square feet at ground level, deep enough for a workshop or a long vehicle behind the cars.
A layout you can adjust: the bedrooms and baths can be arranged more than one way within the 1,085 square feet.
