The Green House is 955 square feet on a lot 22 feet wide, and it is a whole house: a full kitchen with real counter space, a built-in dining booth, storage built into the walls, and a private porch at the back.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with good closets sit on either side of a shared bath that can take a longer vanity. A half bath is tucked under the stairs on the main floor. It works as a small primary home, a backyard cottage for a parent, a guest house or a rental.
A full kitchen: the counter space and storage of a proper kitchen, in 955 square feet.
A built-in dining booth: a booth instead of a table, which seats more people in less floor space and doubles as a desk.
Storage built in: cabinets and closets worked into the main floor so the open room stays clear.
A back porch with options: private, and drawn so it can become a screened porch, an open deck or a garden room.
