Sandy Dune N is the contemporary member of the Sandy Dune family: a low-pitched roof and clean lines outside, and inside, ten-foot ceilings on both main levels, decks and covered porches on every floor, and a living floor that opens from the kitchen out to the porches.
Every one of the four bedrooms is a suite with its own bath, and there is a separate office so nobody has to give up a bedroom to work from home. The primary suite has the top of the house to itself. An elevator serves every floor from the drive-under garage, and a chef's pantry behind the kitchen keeps the cooking mess out of the room everyone is standing in.
Decks and covered porches on every level: outdoor space off every floor, some covered and some open, so there is somewhere to sit whatever the weather is doing.
