4-Bedroom Waterfront House Plan with a Loft Bar

The Curtis is a waterfront house with the view upstairs and the boat underneath. The main floor holds an open living area with a gas fireplace and exposed beams, and a kitchen laid out so the cook is never boxed in when the house is full.

Upstairs, a loft with a built-in beverage bar opens onto an open deck, the best seat in the house for the water. The primary suite has two walk-in closets and a four-fixture bath. At ground level, a garage door sized for the golf cart sits beside the two-car garage, an elevator runs from there to every floor, and there is close to 2,000 square feet of drive-under space for everything else.
