The Molly is the big one: 3,492 square feet, five bedrooms, a fireplace inside and another out on the porch, a walk-in chef's pantry behind the kitchen, an elevator, and ten-foot ceilings across the first floor. It is meant for a large family and for the weekends when everyone brings someone.
The primary bedroom opens straight onto the porch and has a four-fixture bath. Four more bedrooms and up to five and a half baths take the rest of the household. Under the house, a 2,452 square foot garage holds two cars, with a third bay drawn as an option.
Two fireplaces: one in the living space and one on the porch, so the outside gets used on cool nights too.
A chef's walk-in pantry: a working pantry behind the open kitchen, with room to stock for a full house and prep out of sight.

The Molly is drawn on a pier / piling foundation. It is an elevated plan, with the living space raised above open space or parking, drawn for flood zone and coastal lots. On this page it is offered as pier or crawlspace (+$250), chosen before you buy. A local engineer sizes the foundation for your soil and wind zone.
How tall is The Molly and how much ground does it cover?
The maximum ridge height is 39' 11". The footprint is 54' 0" x 75' 0", which is the number to check against your setbacks; porches and the garage count toward it even though they are not in the heated area. Heated living area is 3,492 square feet on 2 stories.
What comes in the plan set for The Molly, and what do I still need locally?
A licensed construction set: cover sheet with general notes, foundation plan, dimensioned floor plans for every level, all four exterior elevations, a cross section, roof plan, electrical plans, and door and window schedules, sold as PDF, PDF plus CAD, or Chief Architect files. Every set is licensed for one build at your build address. An engineer's review and stamp where required, a site plan, engineered floor and roof framing, mechanical and plumbing drawings and energy compliance are produced locally, as they are for any stock plan.
Can I look at The Molly in detail before buying the full set?
Yes. A $75 study set of The Molly includes dimensioned floor plans for every level, all four elevations, door and window schedules and a specification sheet, enough to hand a builder for a budget number and to check the footprint against your lot. It is not licensed for construction. The $75 credits in full toward the The Molly construction set for twelve months.
