Skipper's Den is for the household that wants room for everyone: an open main floor for company and a private bedroom for each person. A guest suite on the main floor sits apart from the living rooms, and the kitchen opens to the living room around a big island.

A morning room off to the side is for coffee, a book or supper for two. Upstairs, four bedrooms each have their own bath; the primary adds a covered balcony, two walk-in closets, a walk-in shower and a pedestal tub. An optional detached garage has a side entry that can serve as a mudroom, an office, a pantry or a second laundry.

A main-floor guest suite: separate from the living areas, so guests come and go without crossing the household.

A big island where the kitchen meets the living room: the two rooms share one space with the island between them.
