The Cypress is a wide Low Country house with clapboard and board-and-batten siding and three separate porches, covered and open, so there is a place outside for every hour of the day. Inside, the kitchen is vaulted, with an oversized island in the middle and a walk-in pantry behind it.
The primary suite has its own wing of the main floor, with a five-piece bath and a walk-in closet with built-ins. Upstairs, a guest suite has its own bath, and two more bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath. An elevator serves every floor, and 2,147 square feet of side-entry garage sits under the house.
Three porches: covered and open-air, on different sides of the house, so you can follow the shade or the breeze.
