Penny Lane is a small Low Country house with big porches, one at the front and one at the back, and an open living floor with enough window to keep the rooms bright all day.
The primary bedroom is on the main floor and opens straight onto the back porch. Built-in shelves and display niches give the living space some character without taking up room, and two bedrooms upstairs share a Jack-and-Jill bath. It sits on a crawlspace with ten-foot ceilings on the first floor.
