Haddie's Hideaway was the first plan in our catalog, and it is where our reverse-living plans began. It is still the plan we point people to when they ask what reverse living means. The whole second floor is given over to living, dining and an open deck, so the rooms you spend your days in get the view, and the bedrooms below get the quiet.
Four bedrooms share the main floor. The primary suite has its own covered deck, two walk-in closets, a pedestal tub, a walk-in shower with two heads and two vanities. A Jack and Jill bath joins two more bedrooms, one of which opens straight onto the front porch and makes a natural office, and the fourth bedroom has a private bath and walk-in closet of its own.
Living upstairs: living, dining and the open deck are on the second floor, where the light and the view are, and where you spend most of the day.
A primary suite with everything in it: two walk-in closets, a pedestal tub, a two-head walk-in shower, two vanities and a private covered deck off the bedroom.
A fourth bedroom that works as a suite: its own bath and walk-in closet, so a guest or a parent has a place that is properly theirs.
Two bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bath: one of the two opens onto the front porch, which makes it a natural office if you do not need the fourth bedroom.
A garage under all of it: 1,807 square feet of side-entry, drive-under garage for the cars, the boat and everything that comes with living near the water.

On this page it is offered as pier, walkout basement (+$350) or piling (+$350), chosen before you buy. A local engineer sizes the foundation for your soil and wind zone.

The maximum ridge height is 39' 2". The footprint is 39' 0" x 68' 7", which is the number to check against your setbacks; porches and the garage count toward it even though they are not in the heated area. Heated living area is 3,450 square feet on 2 stories.
