The Upland II is a family beach house with the primary suite on the main floor and a plan that bends to how the family lives. A study beside the primary bedroom can open into the suite or stay a separate room, and the owner gets a private balcony at the back.
A media room opens from the kitchen or the entry hall, whichever you choose, and the main floor is otherwise open from kitchen to living. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a fourth that can be a bedroom or a bunk room, with a Jack and Jill bath between bedrooms 2 and 3 that gives each side its own vanity.
