The Iris is a Craftsman for a family that hosts. A main-floor room with its own full bath is a guest room, a den, an office or a playroom, whichever the year calls for, and the open kitchen and living area have an optional bar window through to the screened porch.
Upstairs, the primary suite is set apart from the activity below, and two more bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath drawn so each side has its own toilet and vanity. A large pantry and a laundry room on the main floor keep the everyday running.
