The Lowell is the Low Country house with the wraparound porch. A second porch at the back is screened and has a fireplace of its own, so there is somewhere to sit outside in every season. Inside, ten-foot ceilings run through a big living room and an open kitchen.
The primary suite is on the main floor, looking out over the backyard, with a door onto the open deck, a walk-in closet and a four-piece bath. Upstairs, a loft and a full guest suite give visitors a floor of their own. Below it all, a three-car, side-entry garage with 1,638 square feet.
A wraparound porch: the porch a Low Country house is known for, with room for morning coffee at one end and the evening at the other.
A screened porch with a fireplace: separate from the wraparound, screened against the bugs and warmed by its own fireplace, so it gets used year round.
