Elevated Coastal Craftsman with an Optional Lower Level

1,784 SQ. FT. | 2-3 BED | 2.5-3.5 BATH | 2-STORY | 2-CAR DRIVE-UNDER GARAGE

The Ellie puts 1,784 sq. ft. of vaulted, open living on a single elevated floor, with dining, kitchen and living sharing one volume down one side and two private bedroom suites on the other. A timber-framed gable crowns the front porch, and a 45' x 12' deck runs the full width of the rear.

Beneath it the plan draws a further 952 sq. ft. as an optional finish — a family and game room, a bunk room that becomes the third bedroom, its own full bath and a storage room, all opening at grade onto a covered patio. Build it out with the house or come back to it later; the drawing set is the same either way.

Optional 952 Sq. Ft. Lower Level: A 25' 10" x 14' 0" family and game room with sliding doors to the patio, a bunk room serving as the third bedroom, a full bath and a separate storage room. The stair down is interior, off the entry.

45-Foot Walk-Out Deck: A 45' 0" x 12' 0" deck spans the dining and living rooms and doubles as the roof of the walk-out patio directly below, giving covered outdoor space at grade and open deck above from one piece of framing.

Two Private Suites: Suite 1 (15' 0" x 14' 0", vaulted) carries a soaking tub, separate shower, private water closet and a 10' 2" x 8' 0" walk-in closet, with the laundry room just outside it. Suite 2 (14' 0" x 13' 0") sits behind the front bay, works equally well as an office, and has a full bath of its own.

Vaulted Open Living: Dining, kitchen and living run together as one vaulted room under 10-foot walls, anchored by a gas fireplace and an island kitchen, with clear sight lines from the front door through to the deck.

Craftsman Exterior Details: A timber-truss entry gable over an 18' x 8' covered porch, exposed timber brackets under the eaves, shingle and lap siding, and a steep 10:12 standing seam metal roof.
