The Macy is an open, bright coastal house on piers or pilings, drawn so that the whole family can live independently under one roof. The main level holds the kitchen, a walk-in butler's pantry, the dining area and a living room with a fireplace, all in one flow, with a home office near the foyer and a large laundry room.
Upstairs is the private floor. The primary suite takes one side of it, and every other bedroom has its own bath and walk-in closet, with Bedroom 2's closet the biggest of them. Covered porches front and back add 349 square feet of outdoor room, and an elevator connects every floor from the two-car carport up.
A kitchen with a butler's pantry: an island kitchen with a walk-in butler's pantry behind it, so the counters stay clear when you are cooking for a crowd.
