The Macy II is the Macy with the upstairs redrawn for two people who each want a bathroom of their own. The primary bedroom has two separate baths and two dressing rooms, joined by a shared walk-in shower. Every other bedroom on that floor is a suite with its own bath and walk-in closet.
The main level is the same open plan: an island kitchen with a walk-in butler's pantry, a dining area and a living room built around a fireplace, plus an office at the front of the house and a large laundry room. Covered porches front and back add 403 square feet of outdoor room, 182 at the front and 221 at the back, and the whole house stands on piers over a two-car carport, with an elevator serving every floor.
Two primary baths: two complete bathrooms and two dressing rooms off the primary bedroom, connected by one shared walk-in shower.
Every other bedroom a suite: each secondary bedroom has its own bath and walk-in closet, so nobody negotiates over a hallway bathroom.
