Little Oak Enclosed Dining is Little Oak with a dining room of its own. It keeps the board and batten siding, the ribbed metal roof and the open living floor, and adds a separate dining room with walls and a door, which brings the plan to 1,800 square feet on the same 32 foot width.
The elevator is built in, not optional, and runs from the garage to the living floor. The primary suite has a five-fixture bath and a large walk-in closet, and two more bedrooms share the second bath. Underneath, 1,508 square feet of drive-under garage holds the cars and everything that comes with a house near the water.
A dining room with walls: a separate dining room off the open living floor, for holiday dinners and the nights you want the table to itself.
