The Blue House is a 1,074 square foot cottage on a 26 by 28 foot footprint, with a deep front porch, an open main floor and two bedrooms upstairs that each have their own bath.
The kitchen runs in an L with the dining table in the middle of the room, a built-in window seat gives the living area a place to read, and a second covered porch at the back adds another room outdoors. It makes a weekend house, a first house or a rental on a tight lot.
