Yes. A $75 study set of The Peach House includes dimensioned floor plans for every level, all four elevations, door and window schedules and a specification sheet, enough to hand a builder for a budget number and to check the footprint against your lot. It is not licensed for construction. The $75 credits in full toward the The Peach House construction set for twelve months.
